How to order?
1. By telephone at the time of surgery.
2. Personal at the time of surgery.
Examination of minors for patients performed by a legal guardian or other adult.
In the event that you can not change the ordered examination, we ask you to inform us in time.
We accept new patients, according to the mentioned insurance contract. If you have another insurance company, please contact us first.
